Payments

Fibre of My Being accept the following payment methods:

·        Credit or debit card

·        Paypal

By providing payment information, you authorise Fibre of My Being to charge the amount due for your order via the payment method you selected.

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed back to you via the method we received the payment.

Fibre of My Being reserves the right to cancel or reverse your order in the event it is deemed necessary.

Shipping and delivery

When you purchase physical products from Fibre of My Being, they will be shipped between 1-3 business days after the order is placed. In most cases, orders are posted on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Orders will be sent by:

·        Parcel Post via Australia Post – approx. delivery time is 5-7 business days.

·        Express Post via Australia Post – approx. delivery time is 1-3 business days.

Delivery charges will be added at checkout when you purchase your items. Orders over $100 will receive free Parcel Post via Australia Post.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct. If the delivery information you provide is inaccurate or incomplete, Fibre of My Being are not liable for you order not arriving.

 

Refunds, Exchanges and Returns

A request for a refund may be made within 30 days.

If a product is broken or damaged please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours, after the receipt of your order . Please provide photo evidence of the damaged item so we can help rectify the problem.

If you have another reason for wanting to return your item, please get in touch with us so we can discuss whether you are eligible for a refund. Please be aware that items must be in original packaging and must be intact for exchanges or refunds. If you are unsure, we can be contacted via email at info@fibreofmybeing.com.au and will do our best to help you with your request. Please do not return an item before contacting Fibre of My Being first to discuss.

Please note, postage costs incurred to return, exchange or refund an item for change of mind are the responsibility of the person requesting the refund.

Refunds do not apply to:

·        Digital download purchases.

·        Clearance items.

·        Skeins that have been wound into a cake via our ball winding service.
