Fibre of My Being Hand Dyed Sock Yarn
Hand Dyed here at Fibre of My Being in small batches, this sock yarn is gorgeously soft and features various colourway options.
This sock yarn is perfect for making socks, shawls, beanies, gloves, scarves, baby clothes, and much more.
The 6 different colourways available are:
Violet Mist - made up of greys, white and violet. Named for the floating mist like look it gives once knitted up.
Serene Sea - made up of dark and light blues, teal and greens. Named for the reminiscent look of a clear sea on a calm day and gentle waves on a sunny day.
Autumn Littler - made up on a base of deep yellow, with speckled and scattered browns, reds, and green. Named after the splendid mess of leaves scattered on the ground during Autumn.
Soil & Sand - made up of brown, earthy red and beige/creamy colours. Named for the earth on which we stand on, particularly here in Australia - the red and brown dirt of the inland meets the sandy beaches.
Moonlit Garden - made up of deep dark nearly black green, magenta, teal and white. Moonlit Garden is flecked with white, while having deep and saturated green, magenta and teal as if looking into the dark on a garden at night.
Butterfly Kisses - made up on a base of white, with speckles and smears of reds, brown, yellow and tan. These skeins are delightfully scattered with kisses of colour, as if a butterfly is skipping over flowers.
Please note, this is a hand dyed yarn, therefore each skein is slightly different to the next. It is recommended that for larger projects to knit from 2 or 3 skeins at once, alternating every few rows, to ensure a more even colour distribution throughout your project.
